  1. Thanks! Looking forward to this series. Unlike Crab Devil, I somehow don’t have ANY of this series, which is impressive to me ’cause I have 628 others from you. Curious as when and where CD picked up the Destinations he has.

Fun (and completely useless) facts: The only ‘De…’ I currently have is ‘Dead Sea Scrolls’ and I don’t have any that start with ‘Di…’.

    1. I think there were 10 cd’s but could be more. 628?? You have been following my stuff for a long time! Thanks so much.

      1. Have I already shared my Alleyways series? It seems you may know better than I do since zippyshare went away. Thanks.

        1. Let me know if you want the list of CDs that I have (that obv you’ve shared either here or TZ) and I’ll leave a imagenetz or krakenfiles or whatever link. I’m certain that there are some that I am probably missing, but I’ve made a concerted effort since mid 2018 to dl and log everything. (For a trip down memory lane, check out TZ ANFSCD… #220, #372, and #373! It was the beginning of the mildly controlled wild west back then. Lol.)

          1. I can’t believe all those people with lists! And I noticed CrabDevil filled in some needs. Those were the days. And Butterboy before he had his own blog. Also, do you remember when TZ would put my comps on the main page with cover and all? I’ll take the link of the titles if it’s easy. Thank you.

        2. Dan, here is a link to the text file I use to track your releases. If you see ‘djblog’ next to the date, then it came from this blog, otherwise it almost certainly came from TZ (either when RYP posted, when you posted, or when people were sharing trying to get caught up in 2018) since I don’t think I have picked your comps up from anywhere else.

Crab Devil – Thanks for letting me know about RockHall Forum. I’ll have to check that out.

    2. I’m usually pretty bad at recalling WHERE I’ve found a particular download, but this time I know for sure that “my” volumes came from RockHall Forum. (Once you’ve logged in, you can search on “Destination Series” and the requisite page should pop right up.)

  2. Thanks! As it happens, I already have several of the volumes in this “Destinations” series — who knows, maybe even all of them — but this is a very nice sampler. Incidentally, I like Jamie Horton (aka Gayla Peevey) quite a lot. Not everything she did was great, but there are a handful of her recordings that I think are wonderful.

    1. Jamie Horton = Gayla Peevey? Sometime you are like a music encyclopedia and I love it. On this song she sounds a lot like Wanda Jackson.
