This looks great — thanks! I saw the Blasters, in addition to Dave and Phil as separate solo acts, quite a few times back in the day. On one occasion, me and my friend Rod (RIP) went out to loiter around some club where the Blasters were going to play. We were too broke to go in, so we decided to hang around out back. At some point, Dave emerged with his guitar (i.e., to tune up, but also –if I recall correctly — to have a cigarette in the process) and the three of us started chatting. He said he couldn’t get us into the place, but then, as a sort of consolation prize, he performed for us his guitar part for “Lonely Wolf,” the old Ray Harris rockabilly tune which the Blasters were covering in those days. Pretty cool, I thought . . .
Thanks for the comp! (not sure if the other comment posted or not… forgot that I wasn’t logged into WordPress)

That is amazing. The Blasters were really good when I saw them. He was quite nice to me, until Security arrived.
